FP&A Manager

The FP&A Manager will lead the financial operations for two group companies in Mexico and the US, reporting directly to a Co-founder. This role involves managing monthly closings under IFRS and US GAAP, conducting variance analysis, and developing financial forecasts and scenario models to support decision-making. The position requires overseeing an AI-based financial model, ensuring dual reporting for corporate audits, and supervising Mexican tax compliance while identifying automation opportunities.
