About this role

The FP&A Systems & Reporting Analyst serves as the systems champion and data integrity owner for Upstream’s Financial Planning & Analysis function, ensuring reliable financial information and enabling data-driven decisions. The role administers and optimizes core financial systems, supports organizational financial cycles (budgeting, reforecasting, monthly/quarterly reviews), and synthesizes financial insights for leaders, the Board, and donors. The position also partners across the organization to increase financial literacy and act as a proactive financial resource.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field
