Franchise Operations Manager

The role works within the operations team to partner with Red Rooster restaurant franchisees, managing a portfolio of sites and supporting franchisees on operational standards, customer experience, people management, sales, profitability, health and safety, and business planning. It also leads operational activities across the network, including new store openings, and requires frequent travel.
