Operations Team Partner

This role involves partnering with restaurant franchisees to improve and grow their businesses by driving profit and operational excellence. You will manage a portfolio of restaurants, coaching franchisees on operational standards, customer experience, and business planning. The position also requires leading operational activities across the network, including new store openings, and advocating for brand values and customer-centric approaches.
