The Franchisee-in-Training program at Giant Tiger offers entrepreneurial leaders the opportunity to grow their careers through hands-on training and mentorship. Participants will complete their training in the Ottawa Valley-Deep River region, gaining experience in store management and community engagement. Successful candidates can prepare to manage their own store upon completion of the program.
