This role involves translating fraud patterns into rules, monitoring rule performance, and ensuring fraud controls remain effective and explainable rather than handling traditional case operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve the speed, resilience, and quality of fraud rule creation, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Translate fraud patterns into structured detection rules and thresholds
Monitor rule performance and identify necessary adjustments or rollbacks
Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to optimize decisioning logic
Document fraud rule rationale, testing outcomes, and expected impacts
Analyze alert trends to balance fraud prevention with customer experience
