About this role
The Fraud Hotline Specialist handles inbound retail fraud calls, creates and documents fraud alerts and case files, and serves as the liaison between business lines and clients to prevent additional fraudulent activity. The role works closely with departments within the fraud organization and reports to the Department Manager or Section Manager, with a Team Lead overseeing day-to-day operations.
