Fraud Intelligence & Risk Manager

The Fraud Intelligence & Risk Manager leads Medibank's fraud intelligence and investigations capability within the Payment Integrity team, overseeing the end‑to‑end fraud lifecycle and developing intelligence‑led approaches to detect and prevent fraud. The role partners with data, technology and operational teams, provides insights to senior leaders, and coordinates risk management activities across the Health Partnerships & Networks Hub.
