Front Desk Security

The Front Desk Security role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at the facility's main entrance by monitoring access, managing visitor sign-ins, and supervising youth participants. The officer handles conflict mediation, responds to emergencies, and ensures the facility is opened and closed according to schedule. This position also involves covering the front desk, answering phones, and documenting daily activities in a logbook.
