Pregnancy and New Parent Coordinator

The Pregnancy and New Parent Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for pregnant and newly parenting individuals and families in the Queensbridge Houses and surrounding areas. This role involves providing individual and group-based support, education, and referrals related to prenatal health, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and reproductive health. The position requires collaboration with the Public Health Solutions Queens Healthy Start team to improve health outcomes for the community.
