This role supports the medical center and professional staff by performing essential front desk activities, including greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling patient registration. The position involves utilizing the Practice Management system for demographic and insurance data entry, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will maintain patient confidentiality, manage medical records, and assist with referrals and prior authorizations.
