The Front Desk role supports the Center and professional staff by performing essential front desk activities, including answering phones, greeting patients, and managing check-in and check-out processes. The position requires utilizing the Practice Management system for patient registration, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records while ensuring confidentiality. This role involves scheduling appointments, handling referrals, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and the public.
