Front Line Manager

Front-Line Manager in Training at CarMax is a structured four-month program that prepares new managers for leadership roles within the Service Operations department. The program provides training on functional roles, end-to-end production processes including inventory, cosmetic and mechanical repair, and fundamental management skills through the Management Development Program. Upon successful completion, trainees are placed into front-line management roles such as Flow Mechanical Manager, Flow Cosmetic Manager, Flow Supply Manager, Inventory Manager, or Service Manager.
