About this role
The FSQA Manager leads and manages the site Food Safety & Quality Assurance team to ensure production of safe, high-quality, and legally compliant products that meet Home Chef standards and customer expectations. The role provides governance of the Food Safety and Quality Management System, drives implementation of SQF and Home Chef standards at the facility, and represents FSQA on the site management team. The manager also leads continuous improvement efforts, oversees incident responses and CAPA activities, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality and compliance.
