FT - Benefits & Abilities Management Specialist

The Benefits and Abilities Management Specialist oversees the day-to-day administration of Connective's employee benefits programs and abilities management. As the primary point of contact, the role ensures accurate benefit entitlements for a diverse, unionized workforce while navigating complex collective agreements. This position collaborates with the Total Rewards Lead, Finance, and HR colleagues to manage enrollments, claims, compliance, and renewal processes.
