Southwestern Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre
A Community Connector at Nshwaasnangong Child Care and Family Centre supports families and partners in the community, ensuring access to services and fostering connections. The role involves representing the centre, managing front desk duties, and strengthening community ties.
We provide high quality, wholistic health and wellness services throughout Southwestern Ontario. Services are provided to Indigenous (First Nation, Métis, Inuit) people and their families, living on and off-reserve, in rural areas, and in the urban Indigenous communities in London, Owen Sound, Newbury, Waterloo Wellington and Windsor.
