FT RN MDS

The FT RN MDS position is responsible for conducting and coordinating the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Are Assessments (CAAs), and Care Plans in compliance with State and Federal requirements. The role involves participating as part of the facility Interdisciplinary Team to manage patients receiving skilled services and performing other assigned nursing duties. This position requires at least two years of experience in a skilled or long-term care setting with a preference for RAI process and MDS certification experience.
