Fulfillment Supervisor

The Fulfillment Supervisor oversees daily operations for one or multiple clients, supervising a team of Picker Packers and other staff to ensure workflows are monitored and a safe, productive environment is maintained. This role focuses on achieving picking goals, optimizing processes, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. The supervisor collaborates with various departments to resolve issues, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and prepares reports on output and efficiency metrics. Additionally, the position involves leading, mentoring, and training the team while managing shift schedules and upholding company core values.
