Wave Planner

The Wave Planner determines the timing and sequence of work released to the distribution center floor, managing order releases and wave execution within the Manhattan warehouse management system. This role ensures all packages are correctly labeled and dispatched before carrier cutoffs while resolving order discrepancies and maintaining shipping compliance. The position requires close collaboration with Client Services, Shipping, and Operations to uphold high customer service standards and operational efficiency.
