Full Charge Bookkeeper (Controller Track)

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will own the end-to-end accounting for both the catering and restaurant businesses, working directly with the CEO and COO to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role offers a clear path to controller-level responsibilities, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and P&L analysis, within a family-owned hospitality company. The position requires managing daily sales reconciliations, payroll, vendor payments, and month-end close processes while building the in-house accounting function from the ground up.
