Full Spectrum Doula - Part Time / Contracted

EmpowerMama is seeking a Full Spectrum Doula to provide non-medical, home-based support to Medicaid-enrolled families across Pennsylvania throughout the perinatal and postpartum periods. The role involves delivering continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, delivery, and early parenthood to promote birth equity and improve maternal health outcomes. Doulas will assist families with comfort measures, newborn care, advocacy, and household organization while working flexible, on-call hours.
