Full Spectrum Doula - Part Time / Contracted

EmpowerMama is seeking a Full Spectrum Doula to provide non-medical, evidence-based support to Medicaid-enrolled families across Pennsylvania throughout the perinatal and postpartum periods. The role involves delivering home-based and community care that addresses the physical, emotional, and informational needs of families from pregnancy through early parenthood. Doulas will offer continuous support during labor and delivery, assist with newborn care, and help families navigate healthcare systems and access resources.
