About this role

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to resolve critical enterprise capability gaps within their Observability product. This role focuses on implementing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions for dashboards and alerts, as well as building deep integrations with enterprise tools like Jira and Linear to support large-scale migrations. The engineer will own the full lifecycle of these features, from API design and backend services to user interfaces, to ensure the product meets high enterprise requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack features addressing enterprise adoption requirements
Own integrations and infrastructure capabilities end-to-end
Collaborate with product managers and customers to define enterprise requirements
Participate in architecture discussions ensuring scalability and reliability
Write well-tested observable code maintaining high engineering standards
