Full Time Assistant Grocery Manager

The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations while assisting in the management and supervision of up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department. This role involves ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining proper stock levels, and overseeing departmental operations to maximize gross profit and minimize expenses. The position requires strong management skills, product knowledge, and the ability to train, schedule, and evaluate associates in accordance with company policies.
