Full-time Member Service Representative

This role provides excellent service to members by answering telephones, handling credit union product inquiries, and processing transactions. The representative is responsible for making outbound courtesy calls, cross-selling products, and referring members to appropriate team members or services. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to retain detailed product information.
