As a Shift Lead at Dutch Bros Coffee, you will uphold the company's culture and core values while serving as a servant leader on every shift. You are responsible for managing daily operations, training new crew members (Broistas), and ensuring excellent customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving. This full-time role requires maintaining high operational standards, managing inventory, and supporting the Shop Manager and Shop Lead.
