Full-Time Spring Engineering Co-op

This 30-week full-time engineering co-op program offers college students the opportunity to gain real work experience on business projects within locomotive, transit, mining, and marine propulsion systems. Participants will explore professional interests in areas such as design engineering, sustainability, controls, and embedded software while preparing for potential full-time leadership or direct hire roles after graduation. The program includes professional training and social activities to build a valuable network with peers and senior leaders.
