Functional Safety Portfolio Lead

This role sets the functional-safety strategy and organizational governance across the portfolio, ensuring robust technical authority and sustainable safety ownership. The position oversees the entire product lifecycle from RFQ and concept through production, making executive decisions on safety risks and release posture. It involves defining the safety operating model, managing portfolio capacity, and representing the safety posture to customers and senior leadership.
