Fund Administration Officer

The role involves handling fund administration tasks such as corporate secretarial functions, fund set‑up, investor onboarding, capital calls, NAV preparation and regulatory compliance, while providing high‑level client service and liaising with external parties. The incumbent will manage a portfolio of clients, coordinate board meetings, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely execution of transactions.
