Relief Operator

The Relief Operator fills in for the Rig Operator on a workover or swab rig, ensuring safe equipment operation, crew productivity, and customer satisfaction during the Rig Operator's absence. When not substituting, the role involves working as part of the rig crew in operational capacities such as Floor Hand, Derrick Hand, or Truck Driver. The position requires maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures, and supporting efficient rig maintenance.
