Fund Formation Corporate Associate

Fenwick is seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four to eight years of experience to join its rapidly growing private investment funds team. The role focuses on the organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto‑related funds, requiring expertise in VC/PE fund formation and corporate and securities regulations. Candidates must be barred in the relevant state or eligible for the bar exam and will submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.
