Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Corporate Associate to join its Private Investment Funds practice, focusing on the formation, structuring, and ongoing representation of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators, and crypto-related investment funds. The role involves advising sponsors and investment managers on fund formation, structuring, and regulatory matters, while drafting and negotiating sophisticated fund documents. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with sophisticated fund sponsors, managers, and investors on complex investment matters across the venture capital and private equity ecosystem.
