Fundraising and Donor Relations Associate

The Fundraising and Donor Relations Associate at Parity Homes will professionalize and systematize major donor cultivation to secure transformational funding at the $2M–$5M level. Working closely with the CEO, the role involves researching prospects, drafting communications, managing the donor pipeline, and writing compelling grant proposals and case statements. The position requires a strategic, relationship-oriented individual who can operate independently in a remote startup environment to drive fundraising outcomes.
