Fundraising and Donor Relations Associate

Parity Homes is seeking a Major Gifts & Development Associate to professionalize and systematize its fundraising efforts, enabling scalable growth beyond reliance on the CEO. The role focuses on identifying prospects, building authentic relationships, and securing transformational funding from major donors at the $2M–$5M level. The associate will work closely with the CEO to drive major donor cultivation, manage the pipeline, and write compelling communications to move donors through the funding cycle.
