The Future Builders Program at Lennar is a one-year developmental Homebuilding track for recent college graduates and current seniors, starting in June 2026. Participants receive structured onboarding, hands-on training, and exposure across Construction, Land, Purchasing, Sales, and Customer Care with mentorship from experienced professionals. High-performing participants may be considered for full-time placement after program completion.
