Future Talent Specialist

The Future Talent Specialist leads the delivery and continuous improvement of future talent programmes, including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and student placements, at the Canal & River Trust. This role ensures high-quality attraction, inclusive recruitment, and a supportive learner experience while managing the Apprenticeship Levy and fostering strong relationships with training providers and external partners. The position involves acting as an in-house expert on early careers, providing specialist advice, and supporting learners throughout their programme lifecycle.
