Future Talent Specialist

The Future Talent Specialist leads the delivery and continuous improvement of future talent programmes, including apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and student placements, at the Canal & River Trust. This role ensures high-quality attraction, inclusive recruitment, and a supportive learner experience while acting as the in-house expert on apprenticeships and early careers. The position involves managing the Apprenticeship Levy, building relationships with training providers, and providing ongoing support to learners and stakeholders.
