About this role
The AVP serves as the strategic hub for the New York sales calendar, leading exhibition and auction programming as well as building activations across the Breuer and other New York locations. This role oversees all space scheduling and allocation, coordinates closely with Facilities and Logistics, and aligns timelines across Specialist departments, Events, Partnerships, and Exhibition Design. The position proactively anticipates conflicts, communicates changes to global counterparts, and ensures operational readiness and smooth turnarounds between activities.
