Gaming Support Tech

The Gaming Support Tech is responsible for the repair and maintenance of building games, simulators, and technical equipment while assisting guests and maintaining ideal player conditions in the midway. This role involves delivering an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games, managing wait times, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the midway games. The position requires technical and/or electrical skills, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and a friendly demeanor to foster a cooperative working climate.
