Garde Manger Chef

The Garde Manger Sous Chef at The Charleston Place leads the preparation, presentation, and inventory management of specialty cold dishes, charcuterie, and hors d'oeuvres in a high-volume kitchen. Reporting to the Director of Culinary, this role requires extensive experience, creativity in visual presentation, and strict adherence to food safety protocols.
