GBS PMO

The GBS PMO plays a critical role in supporting the execution of the GBS transformation agenda by providing portfolio governance, planning, monitoring, and leadership reporting across strategic initiatives. This role serves as the central coordination point for GBS portfolio management activities, ensuring visibility of key milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions across the organization. The position supports the GBS Leadership Team, drives portfolio reporting and dashboarding, oversees TSA governance tracking, and enables effective decision-making through robust planning, monitoring, and governance processes.
