As a Gel Prep Operator at Catalent, you will weigh, mix, and encapsulate raw materials to manufacture pharmaceutical softgels in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role involves operating blending equipment, maintaining precise documentation, and adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols within a state-of-the-art facility. You will collaborate with the Product Development team to support new innovations while moving through rotating shifts.
