About this role

This role involves operating, monitoring, and documenting computer-controlled manufacturing processes for bulk slurries, heat treatment, and blending within Abbott's Nutrition division. The incumbent will prepare lines for production, weigh ingredients, maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance, and support clean-in-place systems at the Tipp City facility. Training includes a six-month dayshift rotation before taking over the rotating night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate computer-controlled blending processes
Monitor and document computer-controlled heat treatment systems
Maintain area compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices
Weigh, stage, and document batch ingredients accurately
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
