About this role
The General Counsel at TAKKT AG will lead the company’s legal and compliance functions, providing legal advice to the Management Board, Supervisory Board and Audit Committee on corporate, capital markets, antitrust and governance matters. The role includes responsibility for the Corporate Office, legal risk management, M&A legal support, dispute handling and leadership of the legal department. The position reports directly to the CEO and is based in the Stuttgart area with a hybrid on-site expectation.
