Gimlet is seeking a pragmatic General Counsel to establish the legal and commercial foundation for scaling AI infrastructure deployments and strategic partnerships. This core strategic role involves navigating complex multi-party negotiations, financing activities, and emerging AI regulatory frameworks while building internal legal capability. The General Counsel will partner with leadership to deliver execution on infrastructure agreements, corporate governance, and rapid, thoughtful cross-functional operational support.
