Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to CEO and executive leadership on strategic legal issues
Build the internal legal function from the ground up including team and processes
Own complex enterprise customer contracting and provider agreement negotiations
Monitor emerging AI regulatory developments and translate them into operational guidance
Lead legal aspects of future financings and strategic company acquisitions
