General Manager, Glass Division

Construction Resources is seeking a strategic, results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee operational performance across its Glass Division. This role involves driving efficiency, profitability, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across glass operations, including fabrication, installation, service, scheduling, project coordination, and warehouse functions. The General Manager will work closely with sales, project management, field teams, and executive leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
