General Manager

The General Manager will lead the Jacksonville branch of MultiPro Property Solutions, overseeing all sales and operational functions for make‑ready, add‑on, and renovation services to multi‑family clients. This role is responsible for branch growth, financial performance, client relationship management, and the recruitment, development, and safety of staff and independent contractors. The position requires hands‑on leadership, P&L accountability, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
