General Manager

The General Manager role plans and directs organizational operations with full country P&L ownership and leadership of a matrix organization across multiple business segments. The position is responsible for achieving balanced scorecard targets, managing profit and loss, and driving profitable business growth. This role involves implementing operating policies, resolving cross-functional challenges, and continuously improving customer satisfaction. The General Manager also develops and leads teams, translates long-term strategy into actionable goals, and identifies new business opportunities.
