Generalist Mechanical / Design Engineer

The Generalist Mechanical / Design Engineer at Infinite Machine is responsible for end-to-end mechanical design using SolidWorks, focusing on the creation and enhancement of innovative vehicles and products. This hands-on role involves solving mechanical challenges, designing precise components and assemblies, and collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure the feasibility and manufacturability of designs. The engineer will also apply design for manufacturability (DFM) principles, perform basic finite element analysis (FEA), and communicate solutions through technical drawings, all while balancing creativity with practical engineering constraints.
